Poly cystic ovary syndrome and pregnancy is there any hope??

I have been trying to conceive my second child for six years. Off and on during that time I would use opk but then I would get discouraged and go with the when it happens it happens. I have been using them again for two months. I really thought this was the month. I have had numerous symptoms (cramping, sore boobs, nausea etc.). However I am 13DPO and still getting a negative on my frer and wondfo test. I had my yearly check up with my gyno today. 10 years ago he diagnosed me with PCOS. It took me 2 years to get pregnant with my daughter, 4 months using the opk. This second time it just isnt happening. He says even though I am having regular periods I could still have mild PCOS. WHich means I can be having cysts instead of an egg every month. The months I get tender breast is a sign of the months I actually produced an egg. He wants me to come back on day 21 of my cycle next month for blood work and ultrasound. Losing Hope. Any one gone through this?
