Anyone have these symptoms and have a bfp?

I'm 8-9dpo and I've been burping so much, I have medium CM very white was lontiony a couple days ago now its more so thicker. I'm starting to see veins pop out of no where on my chest breasts arms an shoulders. They also are a bit tender same with nipples. My back aches, I can eat a bit more too. I've had a lot of bloating as well especially after O for like over a week. Had a bit of a really dull ache in my right lower side of stomach but its passed. Any thoughts?
