What should I set my ovulation date to??

I am on cycle day 18 right now and have a negative opk and creamy cm. Yesterday (cycle day 17) afternoon I had a positive opk and EWCM with slight cramping. That same evening I had a negative opk. Cycle day 16 was really hectic and I totally spaced on taking opks I did have EWCM though. CD 15 I have EWCM and once there was a tinge of blood. Was also having some twinges and cramping. My opks were negative. Even with the spacing of taking opks that one day. We BD on CD 12, 15 and 16. So I think I got good coverage. What day should I set as ovulation?
