Could I have implantation bleeds??
I ovulated around about last Thursday or Friday, I went to the fertility doctor and found that out by blood test on Monday. I have PCOS so I very rarely get a period but they said I now had to wait to weeks to see if I got my period or if I could do a pregnancy test. So not until the first week of November. I was fine with that however yesterday when I went to the bathroom I wiped and there was brown spots or streaks on and off yesterday and today was the same. I know it's old blood but it's only a tinge and I only see it when I wipe. I've also had minor lower back pain and stomach cramps on and off... Is this implantation or just AF coming early??

It's possible Implantation. 6dpo-12dpo is when implantation takes place. 12dpo being the most common. I've had implantation bleeding a week to 5 days before my expected af. If implantation did take place then the HCG hormone doubles every two days. It wouldn't hurt to test or wait a couple more days and test. GL!!
