Chemical pregnancy?
So I tested positive the day before my period started. Went to the doc and did a blood and urine test. In the doctors office: blood came back pos and urine neg. no big deal bc it was still early....tested all weekend, all tests came back pos. Went back Monday to try again, urine is still neg and blood pos. I'm now 16 dpo! I took a cheapie test this morning (one with low sensitivity) and it was soooo faint! Shouldn't it be stronger by now? My doc hasn't called me back so can't ask for a quant yet but I'm freaking out!!! No blood or cramping or any signs.. I never had typical prego symptoms with my first so not concerned about that. Just so upset right now.

I went through this about a week and a half ago. I got 8 positives from Friday to tuesday. Had blood done on Monday, started bleeding tuesday and then blood done on Wednesday. My dr said it was a cp. Don't worry until you start bleeding. My dr said I could have stressed myself into the CP. Don't stress! I know it's hard not to but we've been ttc for 6 years and this is the closest we've come. It will happen!! Good luck!

Thank you! I know...stressing is the hardest part. My last pregnancy, there was no doubt about my tests...pee'd on the stick and it was almost instanteously postive. So this is weird...I'm positive about about my ovulation day so can't say I'm early unless I implanted super late. We shall see...Thank you so much for the feed back hereistohoping! Good luck!!!

The hCG in your blood is much more apparent than what is in your urine. If you are testing positive in blood, but negative in urine, you are totally fine! If you were having a CP, you would have gotten positives and then negatives on both. Urine isn't as full of hCG, and I have heard of some women never getting a positive on an HPT but getting positives by blood draw.
Unless you are bleeding bright red, enough to fill a pad, or are having cramps and spotting simultaneously, there isn't anything to worry yourself over.
I'm thinking that the hCG in your urine is just not as concentrated.

Thank you Ladies... It's very depressing but I know we can try again soon enough. I feel like I told so many people so it was hard last night telling everyone I miscarried :( when did you all start bleeding? My temps are still high this morning but I really want to get it over with :(
