Ultrasound Tomorrow and extremely nervous
hi everyone I have a dating scan tomorrow will be about six weeks three days...so nervous because I went In for a dating scan at four weeks six days and they couldn't see anything at all..plus I have no morning sickness! I am however very very tired and my breasts look different and very sore so I'm clinging onto that in hope all is ok. I have had no spotting what so ever and feel very pregnant .. Has anyone else had a similar situation in where they had a first scan and nothing was seen and went back and all was fine? So worried as tomorrow is the day I'll either be heartbroken or hugely relieved . Thank you

Haven't you had regular blood draws to tack your pregnancy to ensure HCG levels are increasing. You wouldn't expect to see anything on the u/s under 5 weeks at 4 and a half to 5 weeks you should see a gestational sac at 5 and a half a yolk sac and at 6+ a foetal pole and a heartbeat.
For my pregnancy now I had an u/s at 5 weeks and only a sac was seen but specialist wanted to see if one or two sacs for reasons, went back at 6w2d and saw baby with a heartbeat of 132bpm. I'm 13+ weeks now.
I'm sure things will be great for you, it was just too early before. Best of luck and enjoy the moment. PS my sickness didn't start until 7+ weeks.
