Thick white lotion like cm 13dpo

I've had a ton of thick white lotion like cm today, normally before AF it isa very thin liquid which makes me feel like iI'm always wet, I am roughly 13dpo 1 day late and had a -ve test on 10dpo. I have had very very sore nipples, nausiated in the morning and random 10-15minute bouts throughout the day, for the past week I've had cramping around my lower abdomen and around my cervical area. I've never had any of this before AF. Could this be my month? Anyone ever had this before?
