Has anybody ever bled like a light period and went on to have a normal pregnancy?

Ok so I had an ectopic in june, a mc just last month and I'm pregnant again! 8 +s later. I'm very shocked and so very happy but I'm on my 3rd day of lightly bleeding. No cramps. It started off brown and the second day turned red. I called my doctor I have to go mon, wed &Fri this week for hcg blood test. I'm trying so hard to stay positive since I have had nocramping or clots. Just hard to do since I have never had a viable pregnancy. This makes me feel crazy peeing on a stick every morning to see if the + is still there:(
