PLEASE HELP = BLEEDING Chemical? Or AF? Or VAG BLEEDING?

I have always been BFN - BUT I was 5 days late when the bleeding started (18DPO), the bleeding was so heavy that I filled up a tampon in less than 2 hours, and the next one was filled in less than 4 hours...and Im still bleeding 2 days later. I had every symptom that isn't emotional based and have never happened to me -- as in, forget mood swings, we're talking days of tingling in the abdomen and in the ovaries, 1 whole night of a heated abdomen, PMS cramps for 13 days before AF date, I ate food that i HATE, my nipples were active as hell for days, my stomach had needles in it one day, and I was nautilus here and there.

With that, I was 3 days late when I spotted 3 drops of brown in 1 day, 3 drops of brown the next day, and then the full glory (not brown but DARK RED) the next morning and yes BFN. Mind you, if there was never implantation, there would be no BFP. And apparently, you can bleed for months and be negative with pee tests and learn you are preggers. HELP PLEASE
