Confused but don't want to be hopeful

So today is CD 28, AF is irregular ranging from 30-47 days, 8dpo roughly, no spotting but very odd things.. my nipples are killing me, I've never had pain there before, during, after AF or any other normal day. I am very gassy (no change in diet, exercise, intakes etc), I am so stinking tired all the time, and body aches and pains beyond belief. I know it is still early but has anyone had this and it turned out to be a bfp? I want to be hopeful, but don't want to be crushed if its not!
