Implantation bleeding 12 DPO?

I had a one off episode where I saw pink spotting when I wiped at 12DPO, 2 days before AF is due. Now I'm 13 DPO with AF due tomorrow. HPT came back negative. Anyone had a similar experience and had a BFP? How long after the spotting did you get the positive? Argh the wait is killing me.

i had implant spotting with my first pregnancy it took 4 days to get a very faint + and another 3 to get a good bfp good luck!
