They are signs for both! Honestly, I can't think of a single symptom of PMS that isn't a pregnancy symptom. We just notice them more often when TTC.

Unfortunately eag is right! The symptoms you get after ovulation are caused by Progesterone, which is released after the egg is released. Progesterone symptoms are identical to PMS symptoms which is why it's best not to symptom spot.
However, those were symptoms for me, but not until a few weeks into my pregnancy.
