Question

Cervix at the beginning of a pregnancy

How is the cevix supposed to feel like at the beginning of a pregnancy?

I am soooo confused with this pregnancy.
Had a bfn, the day later Af was there, and then standard positive on the fifth day of "AF".

I am waiting for my 2nd bloodwork to be done and am tying to figure it out by myself.

Took a 2nd First Response, positive. My boobs are tender.
Cervix feels almost as if I am about to ovulate. Did an OPK just in case. Cannot be more negative then that!

Thanks ladies!

When I had a missed af I checked & my cervix was up really high, but was soft & closed.

Cervical position changes between cycles and is different in each woman. Sometimes a woman's cervix will rise and soften immediately, but some women's don't change until much later into pregnancy. When I got my BFP, my cervix was VERY low and VERY hard and didn't rise and soften until I was 7 weeks along.

Mine was high and firm but its almost always like that...even during af. Dont worry about cp, it changes so quickly and frequently, it wont tell u anything.
