Is this implantation bleeding?

Okay so last night and today, ,,
, I wiped and there were little specks of blood on the toilet paper, the past couple of days I've been having cramps , sharp pains and dull headaches AF is not due for another week, could this.have been spotting even though it was just specks of Blood?

When you wipe what colour is the blood? I had implantation bleeding last month on 9DPO and it was very light brown. If it's still a week before your AF, then I would assume it's implantation bleeding. What DPO are you?
