Is there an way to update calendar with a BFP?

I would like to update my calendar to show I am now pregnant. Is there a way to do that? I know this is countdown to pregnancy but I had a miscarriage in July and want to keep track of this one in case anything happens.

You go to your two week wait page, pick the day you want & there's a place to add a pregnancy test. You can go to your calendar & click on the day and add a note that you took a test that day & it was positive. Congrats on your pregnancy!!!
