TTC #2 first cycle off BC - advice welcome!

I Went off BC at end of last cycle, tested positive for LH surge day 12. And 13. I believe I ovulated day 13 or 14 (extreme O pain experienced days 11-14 and Egg white CM days 11-13) which puts me at possibly DPO 5 today. We had TTC sex during this timeframe. I have had twinges and pressure/fullness in my low abdomen since possible ovulation and increased cup size/breast pain. Last two nights I have had vivid dreams for the first time in a long time, plus today I am extremely irrational. (My poor hubby). My DH thinks I could just be experiencing BC hormone changes due to going off birth control. I keep feeling twinges and fullness in my low abdomen. This is not typical of me during cycles, and only experienced with my pregnancies. Am I getting my hopes up that I could be pregnant? Or is it more possible that I am experiencing symptoms from going off BC (was on it for 5 yrs)?? It has been 5 years since a cycle off BC so I am afraid my memory is hazy.... So afraid of heartache.
