Your first appointment, your doctor will probably just go over your medical history and figure out what tests she/he wants to do. If you are looking to conceive with a partner, he will need a sperm analysis. You will need at the very least CD3 blood work (estrogen, FSH, LH, AMH) and ultrasounds (AFC) to figure out your baseline. They may want more involved bloodwork to look at your TSH, testosterone, and other levels as well. You will probably also need an HSG (checks to see if your fallopian tubes are clear) and possibly an SIS (looks at the anatomy of the uterus). You and your partner will need to do infectious disease bloodwork (required by federal law if you're in the US). You may also want to do genetic screening bloodwork (things like cystic fibrosis and other hereditary diseases). Good luck!

Thank you so much for your response. DH has had his sperm analysis and it came back all normal so its my turn now I guess. I'm just starting to worry now as I'm overweight and I'm 35 so everything is going through my mind. I'll stay calm and just see how it goes.
