Negative OPK before expected Ovulation date

I have a 25 day cycle and usually ovulate around CD 12. This cycle I used OPK on CD 10 morning, it came -ve. CD 11 I noticed a red spotting..AF types... first time this has happened. CD 12 I tested OPK -ve again.
I am very confused as on previous cycle I got +ve on CD10. Now I am on CD 14 and very bloated(usually happens to me 2dpo). Did I ovulate or not? Also can somebody help me understand CD11 bleeding ?
