Confused hoping for some advice cycle, ovulation,and testing for pregnancy

Ok ladies i'm trying figure this out and hopefully you all can give me some insight. My cycles have pretty jumpy since I went off depo in the beginning of 2013 the have gotta a little better so on average I have between a 33-35 cycle. My last menstrual was sept.22 last about 4 days and I starting having ovulation signs around oct.4 and I think I may have ovulated on the 5th or 6th from checking cervix and cm plus cramping and high sex drive. Now I feel like i've been having pregnancy symptoms but i'm not sure when I can get an accurate result even though i would be about 8-9 depo I still have 13 days till my next menstrual is due. I had to have an x-ray done on my foot today and they tested for pregnancy it was negative does that mean Im out? Also I would just like to throw in there im stilling checking cervix and cm there and nothing has seemed to point towards me being wrong on ovulation I chose not to use ovulation testing this month. I would really just like some imput
