Question

No energy really bad nausea is this normal

This is my 6th pregnancy I have 3 living kids I had bad morning sickeness with my last 2 but never felt like I had no energy at all my hcg levels at week 4 was 120 at week 5 tthey went up to 7000 could it be twins

It could be, but not necessarily. With my first, my hcg levels were at 8000 at 4.6 wks & had just the one baby. I was vomiting 24/7 & actually lost 30 lbs by 16 weeks. I only gained 9 of it back by the time I delivered. Unfortunately, symptoms & hcg levels can't be used to indicate multiples, only the ultrasound can tell you for sure.

I'm currently pregnant with #2 and I've been sick as dog, so sick they had to give me meds, and I've also been very tired. I would come home from work and go right to bed/nap. These symptoms don't necessarily mean you are carrying twins. I don't know what my hcg levels are so I have no comparison there. I would request an ultrasound to see for sure if you can't wait :)
