Question

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks and 2 days ago. Felt sick the last 2 mornings, positive test.

I'm so confused. Miscarried on 9/21. Blood hcg 9/22 at 55 then on 9/29 was at 0. Woke up sick the last 2 mornings and tested positive. Is this even possible this soon or test from last could have been wrong???

It's highly unlikely that a blood test would be wrong. So I'd say you are pregnant again (or it's a faulty test, but I looked at your picture and that looks like a good strong positive to me!).

I never felt sick last time either and am horribly sick already the last 2 days but no other symptoms. I'll call my OB today for another blood test. Thank you!

I've been pregnant 8 times (but only 1 living child) - 7 of those times, I had no symptoms whatsoever. Only one pregnancy I had the worst morning sickness starting nearly immediately (sadly, that baby girl didn't make it past the first trimester, but it had nothing to do with the morning sickness).

I'm very sorry for your loss. I would think since your hcg went down to zero that this would have to be a new pregnancy...congratulations:)
