Question

Is there any way I can help regulate my cycles?

I use to be every 28-29 days before I had my son 2 years ago. Now we are trying for baby #2 and my cycles have been all over from 24-30 days, never really consistent. Or is it still in the normal range? Is there a way or something I can do or take to help make it more consistent like they use to be? Thank you!

I agree with xxbxxgxx. Your cycle length is in the normal range with normal fluctuations. If you ovulate regularly and you can confirm this with temperature charting there is no reason for concern. I would not take vitex. Vitex is best taken to regulate irregular cycles. Yours are not irregular. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
