Question

FERTILITY MASSAGE? If it were reasonably priced would you do it???

I've been ttc for 3 years with 5 angel babies. I'm a massage therapist and did some digging into fertility massage. I decided to become certified in it and offer it to my massage clients ttc. After one cycle of massage on myself, I have ovulated on cd 14 for the first time in forever! I have pcos and ovulate very late when untreated. Even on clomid I dont OV until cd 21. But this cycle, without clomid, I was able to OV on cd 14! I'm still waiting to see if we caught the egg but I am so thankful I found fertility massage. My question is...do you think you'd try it? I'm trying to get an idea as to the amount of women I might be able to help :)

Heck yes I would! Massage and the potential to aide fertility? It certainly wouldn't hurt. I'd probably look into acupuncture too. There is literally no downside to a fertility massage.

Both fertility massage and craniosacral therapy were on my list of things to try. However, I decided to go with acupuncture because of its long standing tradition and a friend of mine highly recommending it. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I did acupuncture last year and although I really enjoyed, it didnt make a difference with my body BUT I know that everyone is unique :)

@twillems- lol! It's so relaxing too. Imagine laying there all cozy and having a toasty warm heating pad on your belly and someone gently massaging your shoulders at the same time :) I love it!

I would try it, also I think I need the stress reduction. I find the local chinese massage here to hard on my back and hips in the two weeks wait.

My husband learned how to do it from YouTube and gives it to me all the time! Sweet guy. It's not overly relaxing tho if you do it properly. There is a lot of pushing to stop and start blood flow

It can be uncomfortable though, especially if you suffer from endometriosis or pcos. I have pcos and when I first started stimulating my ovaries, they were very sore. But after breaking up the adhesions over a week's time, the soreness left.
