Abdominal pain BEFORE ovulation?!?! What gives?

So for the past few days I have been experiencing abdominal pain - slight cramping nothing major. It's odd for me because I typically get this type of pain when AF is on the way. Normally the day before i actually start bleeding - full flow.

I have a 32 day cycle and today is CD 17. I temp and it was 97.03 with is low for me. After ovulation my temp runs in the 98.whatevers. This is my 5th cycle of Clomid and my doctor thinks I may have Adenomyosis but doesn't seem concerned about how this will impact pregnancy.

I know there is a lot going on in this post but any feedback would be helpful.
