I would say BD tonight for sure!!! And even tomorrow 24-36 hours later, if possible. His sperm can last anywhere from 3-7 days inside you. Is today a High fertility or a Peak? If it is a peak, I would count today as ovulation day...

Yes DEFINITELY BD tonight and tomorrow night, maybe the next day too! You will ovulate within 12-72 hours of a positive OPK so I would probably count tomorrow as O day.

Becuz u have pcos, u do run the risk of having false positive tests, but u most likely would've started having them before today's. Sunday's sperm could still be alive, but not for much longer so definitely nail him when he gets home, then continue for at least another 3 days. As far as opk's go, u should ovulate 12-48hrs after the first positive. I would count tomorrow as ur O day, that falls in the middle of the average time frame. It could be today or even 3 days from now (or not at all), so just make sure to keep up with bd'ing until u notice ur usual post-O signs. Maybe consider temping next cycle, then u'll have an answer for sure!

Thanks Ladies, issue is i havent taken any in ine 4-6 days so i dont know if i wouldve gotten a positive yesterday too... Also hope its not because of my PCOS. i didnt drink any fluids with the tests so maybe thats why they were stronger than normal and its just my body playing tricks on me.
But yesterday i had ALOT of CM ( sorry if TMI) but like it was to the point where i thought i peed my pants... it was like watery but egg whites ish? i donno... is that a good sign?

Also how long is "normal" for positive opks?

There's no normal for positive opk's, some last for hours, some, days/week. Its the first one that really matters. If u had fertile fluid then ur most likely still in a fertile state so make sure to get busy and just hope for the best! Not much more u can do!
