last line is not complete.
I am not crazy about PhD. At this point I know that a phd only offer me some promotion and money hike. But I'm more interested in a happy and healthy life full of enjoyment.
Really not interested to gamble with my health for promotion in job or for salary hike, keeping this in mind please advise.

Firstly I'm very sorry for your loss. Very sad. Do not blame yourself for the miscarriage it is not your fault no matter how hard you were working. You probably are low in iron after bleeding for so long which will make you feel weak. Being low in iron can also make you bleed more so perhaps you need supplements. If you decide to try to conceive again you should also try to increase your iron.

If you have a baby will you be able to stop working and stay home to care for your baby? I understand the struggle you must be having. I think having a happy life is more important than career. If you decide to wait and continue your career you may miss your chance to have a child and you can never get that back. You could perhaps return to your career later if you do have a baby. You must do what your heart tells you to do. Will your husband support your decision to put your phD on hold? I wish you all the best and hope it all falls into place for you.

Maggic, Thanks for your sincere response and advices.
I am also thinking in your line that career may wait but not the family planning. My husband is very supportive and understanding and I shall not able to continue job for initial few years of baby. I am not internally that much physically strong.
My blood test is not showing any deficiency in iron level . :(

I will send you a private message to explain more but I also am weak by birth. I have an immune system deficiency and require monthly infusions of donor antibodies (IVIG). I have learnt to live with my weakness and fatigue and manage three children quite well. I believe that the love a mother feels for her children is more powerful than any physical disadvantage and even though their baby years can be exhausting at times the experience one has with physical weakness prior to having children can actually help us manage this. Follow your heart.
