Softcups are menstrual cups that many women use during their fertile window to keep the sperm up against the cervix...also keeps undies dry. Definitely try 'em!!

I also want to mention that they are a bit intimidating at first and can sort of look too large for comfort, but they do an excellent job of holding the sperm against the cervix for much longer than they'd be there without one. And like Dakotagurrl said, they have the added perk of dry undies after BD. I got my BFP using softcups as part of my TTC regimen.
