For me it worked fantastic, used it for the first time last month and got pregnant! It definitely increased my cm when I ovulated. But just like anything, it is almost impossible to say for sure if using the primrose oil is why I got pregnant or if it was just my month, but it sure cant do any harm to try. If you do decide to give it a try, just remember to stop taking it when you have ovulated. Good luck, sending you lots of baby dust.

I have been using a combination of evening primrose oil and black currant oil for a few cycles now. It has increased my CM in quantity and quality, but only after I found the right dosage that works for me. I started with 1,500 mg with little effect and increased to 3,000 mg CD 1 to ovulation with great outcome. I have not become pregnant yet, but I will continue using it. EPO didnt work for me. I was taking 3000mg, so I switched over to Borage Seed Oil, it has a higher percentage of GLA which is what ur looking for to achieve good cm. Try EPO and if it doesnt work, switch to BSO.

I used it last cycle and yes it increased my CM, but it made me spot from 8DPO until I got my AF. So I will not be taking it again this cycle just to see if it was in fact the EPO that made me spot (not red, just brown).
