Are you getting flashing smileys or solid smileys? The advanced clear blue detect LH AND estradiol(estrogen). So the flashing smileys would be showing rising estrogen levels not LH. If you are indeed getting solid smileys I would think about switching to a different opk. Those digitals seem easier but I and many other reviews for them actually find them more difficult than a good ol two line test. Two equally dark lines mean a surge. Lighter test line, no surge. I would think your hormones are trying to figure themselves out. Some women have bodies that resume a normal cycle as soon as they stop the pill. Some take around six months to regulate. Just because you had a 29 day cycle on the pill doesn't mean that's how your body does it without synthetic hormones to regulate it. I had a 28 day cycle on the pill too but off I usually go 29 to 33. Your body may need more time. Have you considered trying a different opk?

You can ovulate and not have a period but it is not what normally happens. If you have got four different positives for Ovulation. I would say your body is trying to Ovulate but not quite doing it. You could try taking some Vitex or Red Clover for 3 months to make your cycle more regular. You might want to take a pregnancy test too just incase.

Twillems13 - Last month I only received solid smiley faces, no flashing smiley faces, but the past two days I have received the flashing smiley face. BTW, I have been using both the pink clear blue tests and the purple clear blue tests.

So for reference, after my last period (August 29th was the first day), I received a solid smiley face purple test on Sept. 5th and Sept. 13th. I received positive pink tests on Sept. 7th and Sept. 10th.

This month, I have received a positive pink test on October 3rd and October 5th, and flashing smiley faces October 5th and October 6th.

I don't know if this gives any better insight, but I am just super confused!
