Question

Why are my cycles 32 days long but ovulate on day 14????

Me and oh have been trying to conceive for a year now. Had clomid march 2014 fell pregnant but miscarried at 12 weeks and 3 days.
Waiting a couple of months to try again and taken clomid this month.
The big question is, I ovulate on cycle day 14 always but don't have a 28 day cycle more like 32-35 day. My fertility doctor is baffled and unsure to why this happens? Waiting for a positive test next weekend fingers crossed this time!

Once I ovulate I don't start until 15-16 days later. Sometimes longer. I don't know why it happens but in not one of those who ovulated then starts 14 days later and that's just an average anyway. You can start 10 to whenever days after you ovulate.

I wouldn't worry, I know someone that had a 70 day cycle and has four kids (she can't explain it and was never fertility tested. I ovulate on day 11/12 and get my AF 16 days later, I can only think I have plenty of progesterone and it might help my chances to get pregnant.
