Do these signs point to pregnancy?

I just gave birth to my daughter on July 18,waited till my dr told me I could have intercourse,not breastfeeding,my period came back on September 7,had sex on the 14 of September.My period is supposed to be due on the 7th but I am suspecting I may be pregnant again because I have had some brown discharge,some cramps on both sides in the lower abdominal area,breast has been sensitive at times the past few days,nipples have been sore off and on as well
