Tummy feels funny

I took 3 tests a few days ago and they were all positive so I'm almost 100% sure I'm pregnant and id be about 4 weeks maybe a little over. Anyway off and all day today my tummy has felt funny kinda like butterflys flying around in it and flying into it or like (not like feeling you get when your realy excited or in love) like more literally or like bubble flouting around randomly hiting the side is this normal?

Yes, this is totally normal and there is nothing to worry about. Since 3 tests were positive, I am sure you are as well but it's best to confirm via blood tests.

I go In on monday to get a blood test just wonder what's makeing it do that cause if I am prego it can't be my little ball of goo moving around so what is it lol
