Question

Is this a good sign?!

I'm currently 9dpo and my uterus feels sore and achy. I've had some cramping, nausea, gas, and I've been pretty tired since 4dpo. Today, 9dpo, my uterus started to feel sore/achy, similar to when my period is over, almost like it's tired. Is this a good sign, does it mean anything? Please help!? :)

Yeah those are definitely good signs... BUT I cannot stress enough, sign spotting is a really hard way to spot pregnancy. I think the only sign I'd put any stock in is implantation bleeding. And that's only if you have a decently long luteal phase. Like 13 or 14 days and you experienced suspected implantation bleeding between 7 and 11 days. But implantation bleeding isn't especially common. Take a test if it's neg test again at 12 dpo if no af. This site says most women first test at 9dpo and don't get positives until 12dpo if they are pretty prego.
