QUESTIONS about OKP's and actual ovulation date!
I am on cycle day 25, and I had a positive OPK on cycle day 15, I had MAJOR, MAJOR cramping everyday past day 15 and even now today at day 25.
When should I test, AF should be here on the 5th (which is 2 days away on cycle day 27- I normally have a 27-28 day cycle)
I got a positive OPK on cycle day 15, which day should I put down for my ovulation day? Like I said I had MAJOR cramping before and after I got a positive on my OPK.
A little background last December I had one of my ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed due to a chocolate cyst that was 12 cm in diameter (OUCH). My hubby and I have been TTC for 10 months now, with no luck. We have seen our doctor because I have only one ovary they give us 6 months instead of a year like most couples and all of our tests have come back NORMAL! So frustrating, if we are so "normal" then why can we not conceive! Some people make it look so easy :(
But I think this month is the MONTH!

It's hard to tell if you ovulated for sure without charting your BBT. If you're doing this, you should notice a significant temperature rise on the day you ovulate (about 3 tenths of a degree or more). Also your cervical fluid should change from eggwhite quality to more creamy or sticky.
Based solely on the OPK, if you did ovulate, it was probably on cycle day 16 or 17 (again, assuming you did ovulate).
It's safest to wait until after your period missed period to take a pregnancy test but some people can get a positive result before that. It really depends on the person.
I hope this helps! I know it's a lot of info. Good luck!!
