I have not had an Ectopic pregnancy... But in my first pregnancy which could not have gone any better and in this current pregnancy I have had those twinges and pressure with both. It was actually how I just knew I was pregnant this time at around 9dpo :) I hope everything works out for you <3

With my first ectopic in June I had very one sided pain and received methotrexate. This second ectopic I received emergency surgery for I had no symptoms of pregnancy besides sore breasts and doubling hcg. No pain at all until after my tube ruptured so I think k it just depends as to where the ectopic is located. Hope this pregnancy works out for you as I know the physical and emotional pain. That comes with an ectopic and then the worry that you won't concieve again. Good luck and lots of baby dust to you.

I wish I could give you a success story. I too suffered from an ectopic in March this year, and you are right it was honestly the worst thing ever. thankfully we both had our tubes saved! we are currently trying to get pregnant again. I've read probably way to much about ectopic but our odds of a uterus baby are bright!! baby dust to you and good luck

My period came late:( but hopefully in future ill have another chance.. I think after you go through an ectopic tho you just end up so paranoid that it could happen again as emotionally I don't think I could go through it again xx
