Implantation happens 7-10 days before your expected period, so it's possible.

It's very possible! You can start getting pregnancy symptoms almost immediately after hCG is present after ovulation, too, so that could explain the dry mouth. I had cramping and a .5 dip on my BBT at 7DPO and started having symptoms shortly after. I'm almost positive that's when I implanted, so it's very possible you could have then, too.

Yesterday I became very fatigued and tired throughout the day and I just didn't feel well. Later in the afternoon I had a few dizzt spells and before bed I started feeling sickly.. today I woke up with a nose drip but now it's gone and I have lower back pain. I've also been bloaty and gassy for the past few days..
