Question

Severe headache, please help!

Two positive test today but have the worst headache of my life. I think I'm 9/10dpo if I ovulated on time, so I'm only 4 weeks really. Dull headache started 3/4pm and is still hurting. Tried to nap kept waking up because it hurts. Is this a symptom or something more serious.

I've lost before so I'd also like to know if this is a good sign this one is going to stick, I feel like this is but afraid to get excited

Headache certainly sounds promising! You can take Tylenol, too :)

Headaches are a normal symptom of pregnancy and are present because of the major flux in hormones and because of the increase in blood volume. As luvtowalkfast said, you can take Tylenol/acetominiphen, which is safe to take during pregnancy.
As long as the headache isn't accompanied by faintness, severe fatigue, a fever, or blurry vision, I don't think it's something to worry about. To me, it sounds like a migraines, which can definitely become a problem during pregnancy.
I read in my pregnancy book today that they recommend you lie in the dark and lay a cold compress over your neck or forehead. The dark helps alleviate the over stimulation from light and the cold helps restrict the blood flow which is what causes the pain.
Good luck and feel better!

I was so scared to even take Tylenol even though I know it is safe. I used a microwaveable heat pack and put it over my eyes. It really works.

Same with me! First BFP was at ~12dpo and the next day I had the worst headache ever! I remember getting headaches with my first pregnancy too early on and hes a healthy 18mo old! It's all horomones and increases blood flow and volume! (And stress) ;)... Take the tylenol and don't let yourself suffer :) congrats!
