It is possible I suppose, but you've only been trying again for 2 cycles. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. Be patient, since it can take a while to get pregnant even if you've gotten pregnant quickly before. Your odds in any given cycle even if everything is perfect are only about 20%, or lower if you're over 30.

Concentrate on eating healthy, no coffee, no soft drinks. Take a good prenatal with folate in it. Take some vitamin D3 because this helps with conception, preventing mc and also immunity. Also maybe some probiotics because you have had antibiotics. 2 cycles is not so long, after 6 months if you are over 30 then maybe go to a fertility clinic for further checks

Our situations are very alike. Dh and I had always gotten pg in our first cycle trying (three consecutive pregnancies). Unfortunately, our last one ended in m/c and I had to have a d&c to complete it. That was in May. We needed time to recover emotionally before ttc again after that. We started in earnest last cycle (August) and that turned into an early af :-/. Onto this cycle, I'm 6-7 dpo and have had pale brown cm since 4-5 dpo, so I'm coming to terms with the fact that we may be another unsuccessful cycle in. We've researched it and have learned that it can sometimes be 6-9 mos before the uterus can receive an implantation due to the scraping from the d&c. *sigh* It's not the best of news, but better than infertility from an infection. I can't recommend opk's & temping enough to help understand more of what's going on. I did realize my timing was way off on our first failed attempt, so more info greatly improved our timing this cycle.
