Possible pregnancy? Please read

I've been having my periods but I took a test and the fainest line came up. I left the test over night and looked at it the next day and you can certainly see a line. I'm being sick. But this morning I have the most horrendous cramps.
Is this an ectopic pregnancy or what's going on?

It is so difficult to tell, the best thing to do would be to contact your doctor and have a blood test done. best of luck honey, sending you lots of baby dust
