BBT charting and Clomid
Hi everyone,
I'm currently on my 1st Clomid cycle after an early miscarriage (fell pregnant on my 2nd clomid cycle) and I've been trying to figure out whether it makes sense to continue charting. My temps are (and have been) all over the place and I just don't know if I should bother with bbt. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I am in my first cycle of clomid + IUI ever and I am still BBT... makes even less sense since we don't have to time bd. But it just makes me feel better and that I have some control. At least I know once I get my first high temp, I should get AF 13 days later. That has been very consistent. But whether or not that stays the same with Clomid is a different story. I had to get a trigger shot yesterday, they thought I had a cyst and it turned out to be a follicle after they got my blood work results back and saw that my estrogen levels were very high. Got the IUI done today. Are you doing clomid plus something else?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I took 50 mg clomid 5-9 and had the trigger shot exactly two weeks ago. My temp dropped quite a bit yesterday (from 97.7 to 96.98) but when back up again today (97.52 13 dpo).
I took a hpt to day and it was a very faint positive. It's just that I didn't test whether the trigger shot was completely out of my system, so the very faint positive could still from the shot... Don't want to get my hopes high, but it's so difficult not to!
How are you holding on? Good luck with everything!
