There are no pregnancy symptoms at 1 dpo. Implantation doesn't occur until 6-12 dpo, with 9 being avg. Any ssymptom you have prior to implantation is due to the spike in progesterone after o. I've had two children. PMS & early pregnancy feel identical, so ignore your symptoms until you get your bfp. Gl!

My ov symptoms are strikingly similar to early pg symptoms, which I never really realized until I started charting and tracking symptoms. I'm bearing that in mind during my tww, now. It's not inherently a bad idea to track symptoms, but can make it a lot more devastating to ultimately see af before you see a bfp in a cycle. For me personally, I've known very early on in four of my pregnancies (including a cp and m/c) that we'd successfully conceived. The symptoms weren't all the same to the letter, but there were consistently one or two that showed up a few dpo with all of them. One benefit of tracking is that, if for some reason you don't get your bfp this cycle, you've got something to compare the next cycle against. Sometimes, it's not so much about tell-tale symptoms as it is about noticing something that is out of the ordinary for you.

I would agree with the out of the ordinary symptoms part. Our first child was a surprise. I didn't know I was pregnant, but had the oddest symptom that month of excessive saliva. And by excessive, I mean I would find myself drooling on my chin & needing to "spit." I did test the day before AF was due, bc the all day & night sickness had started. A man must have named it morning sickness. With baby #2, which was planned, I noticed the excessive saliva about 4 days before AF was due. I knew to test at that point. However, the common signs like bloating, gas, headaches, tiredness, acne, etc are *typically* progesterone based.
