Question

Why take baby aspirin?

I am new to ttc, currently 8 dpo on my second cycle ttc. I keep seeing posts on baby aspirin but can't figure out why women ttc take it exactly. Can someone just give me a little insight into this? Thank you in advance! :)

My doctor who is a high risk specialist believes that baby aspirin is beneficial because it has anti-inflammatory properties and has been studied extensively in that respect. I recommend it especially if you have a history if miscarriages. Low dose aspirin is inexpensive and causes no harm. If anything, there is an upside to taking it. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Thank you Phillips, that is good to know. So from what I gather, "baby aspirin" is low dose aspirin?
