Question

Can someone help me please.....

I got my Mirena removed in April 2014, still ttc, have taken numerous tests all say negative, however I feel a little different. Not huge symptoms, but a few nauseous nights, a headache here and there, and my sense of smell is out the roof. I was on BC but stopped taking them 2 months ago. I'm not understanding this. My cycle length averages 23 days and all the calculating is giving me a headache. AF is due in 2 days "supposedly" according to all these dumb calculations. My first pregnancy, we had no idea until I was a month and a half along. So, now I'm trying to figure out when to test for real. Can anyone help?

I would test on the date you have AF due to come. Mine was 2 days late after I had my mirena removed and I thought for sure I was pregnant. Sometimes, it can take your hormonesto get regulated after coming off of BC. it is all very frustrating I know! Good luck!

Thank you it's just frustrating, I don't feel like AF is coming however, I got a very very very faint line yesterday now that I've gone back and looked...and nothing today!!!!! So should I wait to use the FMU tomorrow??? And I'm using the DG tests, really cheap ones, does that cause issues??

Those tests are actually really good, but say to wait until the day you miss your period. I have heard of a lot of people testing positive before AF with them though. I guess it just all depends on the hormones levels your body is producing at that time. FMU will always be a better choice on any test, even if it doesn't require it.
