6DPO Possible Pregnancy Symptoms

Hi - I am 6DPO today and yesterday I began to get very tiresome even when waking up.. took several naps throughout the day and noticed that my BB's were a little sore on the nipples and I also have some sharp twinges in abdomen. along with a little headache and cramping.. no spotting or anything. Has anyone gotten a BFP at 6DPO?

I think that is way too soon since implantation has not occurred yet. Is it possible that you ovulated earlier than you think.
