Question

Positives opks

When you have multiple positives opks, how do you pinpoint your ovulation?
3rd day in a row for me, CD 19, CM is still eggwhite, ovary pain for a week now.
I do not temp so I cant rely on that.
Thanks!

The only way to confirm ovulation is by temping, otherwise its just a guessing game

If you don't temp (which is the only way to know for sure), I would just record your O day as the last day with EWCM. That way if you ovulated a bit earlier it's ok. Make sure you keep BDing for a little while afterward though just in case. :)

I have been wondering the same thing! I don't do BBT, because it is difficult and time consuming, and I like to drink on occasion and that apparently can make your temp spike as well as many other factors, so I just use OPK's and CM tests. It says generally 12-48 hours after you get a positive OPK that you ovulate... now that's not helpful because you already know that. But what I do is go by my CM and cramping, I seem to be cramping more when I ovulate then when I don't and my CM turns more watery. I hope this is helpful... Good luck!
