I have no idea!

So basically, yesterday I had really bad lower back ache that felt as though someone was pulling my hips apart if that makes sense? And today when I went to the bathroom there was a small spot of blood in my underwear and on the tissue when I wiped (sorry if tmi) this was around 8 hours ago and nothing at all since. I'm approximately 5dpo although I do not measure by basal body temperature. Anyone have any insight or experienced similar?

It sound like it could be implantation bleeding/pain. Maybe start testing in a couple days?! Hope it's a BFP! :-)
