I suggest an all organic diet. Also maybe looking into gluten intolerance, one symptom of it is infertility and miscarriage. Back to organic food, their is a great documentary called, "Seeds of Death" which explains how bad GMO foods are. It's a great doc! There are so many unexpected health problems associated with GMO and non-organic food. I'm 36 with no kids and 3 months ago started eating an organic diet and now I'm finally pregnant. I also went gluten free. I hope this information helps and you get a BFP soon!!

I did take clomid it didn't help me but I have issues with my husbands count. We possible could get pregnant again but he is scared of having another Boy so he will not do the same thing over again of you get a positive ovulation day prop yourself up on a pillow and have intercourse once your husband ejaculates tell him to stay there for at least 30 minuets don't move just stay connected together. We were told we couldn't conceive very low sperm count and I only have 1 tube with fibroids and very heavy cycles and I conceived that day when we did the pillow trick 4 of my girlfriends tried it and is now pregnant. my husband will not because he thinks it's going to get us another boy he wants a little girl
