about ovulation and pregnancy

is it necessary that during the ovulation time only if a couple have sex will the female get pregnant . or there have been cases wherein the female as conceived way after the ovulation time ended.

No, conception has to occur when there is a viable egg available. The egg only lives up to 24 hrs after ovulation. If there is no egg then there is no chance for a baby.

People have thught they have concieved after ovulation, but truth is our bodies are crazee. You can get a positive opk and still ovulatiin can be delayed. And unless your completely diciplined, temping can be a nightmare. Best thing is check your cm periodically.... any sign of ewcm and bd should occur. I read somewhere that if couples would just bd 3 times a week through the whole month, they would have the optimum chances of catching the egg! There is only a 20% even when doing everything perfect! Gl
