Is it to early to have these symptoms after miscarriage

I MC at 5 weeks pass everything natural bleeding was only for a week doctor said I could ttc when ready used clearblue digital advanced ovulated 2 weeks after MC now I'm vomiting back ache abdominal pressure frequent urination it's on 6dpo I have six kids but this is my first time actually ttc any advice helpful thanks
