5 days late BFN? Whats up?

5 days late; 28/29 day cycles. High cervix, soft, tilted backwards. Pinkish/brown/slight drk red spotting only noticeable when checking cervix; mild dull lower right side abdominal ache yesterday; today mild dull cramps (more like spams feeling) and mild lower back ache. Extreme fatigue past 2 weeks. My periods have been regular since I had my IUD removed in March. Normally I have AF symptoms 1-2 days prior with heavy spotting and then a heavy flow for 3-4 days. Taken 3 tests all BFN....unsure if I'm just starting my period now or if this is possible spotting related to pregnancy.
